Jessa Marie (A.K.A. AJM) is a program developer, choreographer, dance instructor, and creative director with Caring Concerts. The daughter of founder Errol Lee, Jessa Marie has grown up presenting, performing, and creating alongside her father, and now serves as a co-presenter and creative lead.

She designs Caring Concerts’ acclaimed follow-up resources, choreographs program dances and actions, and creates graphics and designs used across programs, merchandise, and media. With a background as a commercial actor and dancer, Jessa is also a singer, songwriter, and rapper who brings creativity, relatability, and purpose to every presentation.

Jessa Marie has experience teaching dance and movement from preschoolers to the elderly and is passionate about connecting with students and communities. Following in her father’s footsteps, she carries the belief that everyone is valuable and is committed to showing that excellence has no age limit. She believes we rise together and strives to create spaces where young people can pursue their passions and lead with strong character.
